Fall Brawl Individual Player Registration opened on Monday, September 16th for BOYS and Monday, September 23rd for GIRLS...BUT...you MUST have your Team Manager's permission to register.

Listed below are the number of teams accepted in each division and the current TEAM RESERVATION status in parenthesis.  We've expanded some divisions but remember to add to the waitlist if your division is full!

BOYS DIVISIONS (as of October 8th)

• Varsity - 42 team slots (FULL, Waitlist Open)
• JV - 24 team slots (FULL, Waitlist Open)
• 14U - 18 team slots (1 Slot Left!)
• 12U - 20 team slots (1 Slot Left!)
• 10U - 15 team slots (FULL, Waitlist Open)
• 8U - 5 team slots (1 Slot Left!)

GIRLS DIVISIONS (as of October 8th)

• Varsity - 48 team slots (FULL, Waitlist Open)
• JV - 12 team slots (4 Slots Open)
• 7th/8th - 12 team slots (FULL, Waitlist Open)
• 5th/6th - 12 team slots (4 Slots Open)
• 3rd/4th - 10 team slots (4 Slots Open)

All divisions will allow waitlists up to 5 teams.  BOYS Player Registration will open on or about September 16th followed by GIRLS Player Registration opening on September 23rd. Teams without 12 players registered by November 1st are subject to being replaced by a waitlisted team.

July 1, 2024 - FAIRFAX, VA - LaxNOVA Events and the Oakton High School Athletic Boosters have announced a strategic partnership to consolidate and enhance lacrosse events in the Fairfax area. This collaboration will bring all major lacrosse tournaments back to the region, including the NOVA Fall Brawl, LaxNOVA Winter Thaw, and the long-running Oakton Turkey Shootout.

Under this new partnership, LaxNOVA Events will assume operations for all tournaments, while the Oakton High School Athletic Boosters will serve as the official sponsor for each event.

"We are excited to return to the area and work with a local school like Oakton to help support their fundraising goals," said LaxNOVA Director, Marty Joyner. "This is a win-win for all involved, and we are thrilled to continue providing quality events for the local area that focus on local players."

This partnership aims to streamline tournament organization, enhance the player experience, and bolster community engagement in youth lacrosse.

Team Reservations Open August 1st!

What started in 2002 as a simple 1-day event to get the players back into lacrosse after football season has grown into an annual celebration of the game and its players, coaches, officials and parents.  It's great that everyone can still get together for a weekend of FUN before the hotly contested spring season begins.

This event is about serving the lacrosse community and its needs.  After a long off-season of club tournaments, fall youth developmental programs, and "Green Days", lets get RE-FOCUSED on what really matters.  The upcoming SPRING SEASON!!  Each year we welcome over 250 teams and over 3000 players to the event who share our vision of FUN!!

We will once again have Varsity Elite, Varsity Open and JV Divisions for the high school teams.  Since our youth divisions primarily serve NVYLL, we use Age Divisions for Boys (14U, 12U, etc.) and Grade Divisions for Girls (7/8, 5/6, etc.)

The Fall Brawl doesn't have fancy uniforms, coaches on the sidelines recruiting, predict the state champion or make you an all-American.  What it does is remind all of us that we started playing to HAVE FUN!!  We can take one weekend to remember that!!  Have a great summer and best of luck to everyone in their summer club tournaments and more importantly, SUMMER FAMILY TIME!
